Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch All art prints are printed to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping (New Zealand) Orders to New Zealand typically take 10–21 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items Some prints are available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page. Pre-order items will ship separately from any in-stock items in the same order. You will be notified by email when your pre-order is ready to ship.

Packaging All prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled in protective tubes depending on size, to ensure they arrive undamaged.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will assess the situation prior to arranging a replacement or refund. For lost orders, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.
